Shipping & Delivery Policy
Last updated: 2026
1. Coverage
We ship dairy, plant-based and cosmetic raw materials worldwide from consolidation hubs in the European Union, the United Arab Emirates and South-East Asia. The origin warehouse for each order is confirmed on the Order Confirmation.
2. Incoterms® 2020
Standard offer terms are FCA at our nominated warehouse. On request we quote FOB, CFR, CIF, CIP and DAP to most ports and inland destinations. Risk and title pass according to the agreed incoterm. We are not configured to ship DDP for food-grade Goods due to destination-side regulatory filings.
3. Lead times
| Order type | Dispatch lead time | Typical transit |
|---|---|---|
| EU intra-community truck | 3–7 business days | 2–5 days road |
| Sea freight FCL (20'/40') | 7–14 business days | 18–45 days |
| Sea freight LCL | 7–14 business days | 25–55 days |
| Air freight (samples / urgent) | 2–5 business days | 3–7 days |
Lead times start from cleared funds (where advance payment applies) and Order Confirmation. They are best estimates and may be affected by raw material availability, vessel schedules, port congestion and customs clearance at destination.
4. Packaging
- Dairy powders: 25 kg multi-ply paper bags with food-grade PE liner, palletised 1,000–1,200 kg, stretch-wrapped, food-grade desiccant in tropical destinations.
- Cosmetic butters: 25 kg HDPE buckets or 20 kg cartons, palletised; refined grades vacuum-sealed where required.
- Plant-based proteins / starches: 25 kg paper bags, palletised, slip sheet on request.
- FCL containers: floor-loaded or palletised, with desiccant bags and reinforced dunnage as standard.
5. Documentation
Each shipment is accompanied by Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading / AWB / CMR, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Analysis per batch, Health Certificate where required, and applicable Kosher/Halal/Organic certificates. EUR.1, ATR or other preference certificates are issued where the destination qualifies, on request.
6. Customs duties & import taxes
Under FCA, FOB, CFR, CIF and CIP terms, all import duties, VAT/GST, port charges and local destination handling are payable by the Buyer. We provide HS codes, origin and full commercial documentation to support clearance but do not act as Importer of Record.
7. Tracking
For sea freight we share the Bill of Lading and vessel name; tracking is available through the carrier's website. For road and air shipments we forward the carrier tracking number on dispatch. Our customer-service team monitors shipments end-to-end and proactively notifies you of any material schedule change.
8. Delays & force majeure
Estimated transit times exclude delays caused by weather, strikes, port congestion, customs holds and force-majeure events. Such delays do not entitle the Buyer to cancel or claim damages where we have shipped within the agreed dispatch window.
9. Restricted destinations
We do not ship to jurisdictions subject to EU, UN, UK or US comprehensive sanctions, or where applicable food-safety / cosmetic regulations prohibit import of the requested Goods. Specific restrictions are confirmed at quotation stage.
10. Damaged or missing shipments
Inspect every shipment on arrival in the presence of the carrier. Note any visible damage, missing pallets or broken seals on the delivery receipt before signing. See our Returns & Refund Policy for the formal claim procedure.
