1. What are cookies and similar technologies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use comparable technologies such as local storage, session storage, pixel tags and server logs. In this policy "cookies" covers all of these.

3.1 Strictly necessary
Required for the Website to function — load balancing, session continuity, security, CSRF protection, cookie-consent state. Cannot be disabled in our banner; you may block them via browser settings but parts of the site will not work.
3.2 Functional / Preferences

3.3 Analytics
Anonymised or pseudonymised measurement of pages viewed, traffic sources, device class and broad geography — used to improve content. IP addresses are truncated where the provider supports it. Set only with consent.
3.4 Marketing
Used to measure the effectiveness of B2B campaigns (LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads conversion). We do not use these cookies to build cross-context behavioural profiles of consumers, and we do not "sell" or "share" personal data under CCPA/CPRA. Set only with consent.

5. Third-party processors
Analytics and marketing cookies are set by Google Ireland Ltd. (GA4, Google Ads) and LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Co. (Insight Tag). These providers act as independent or joint controllers for their own processing; please refer to their privacy policies for full detail. International transfers are protected by Standard Contractual Clauses and equivalent safeguards.
